Device Flow extension to GEANT OIDC extension

Hi,

 Our people at CSC are experimenting with Device Flow (https://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-ietf-oauth-device-flow-15). The particular use case they use it for is a PAM module supporting the flow. Whether that is a good use case or not, I do not want to start discussing.. 

 For anyone interested in the Device Flow there is now early version available, https://github.com/CSCfi/shibboleth-idp-oauth2-deviceflow-extension. The implementation is very rough still, few days of development needed to polish it out at some point but it is good enough to try it out.

 If anyone sees the flow worthwhile and tries it out, please let me know. The work has been done only for our internal project and provided as is, but who knows..
