Shibboleth not working on Sub URL Path

-I am Shibboleth SP 2 with IIS7. 
-I have hosted a normal html page on IIS with host name 'sso' 
-I have hosted another child application namely 'test' of above host which
is also a html page which can be accessed at 'sso/test' 
-I am able to see the shibboleth working for http://sso but not for
http://sso/test

-Shibboleth2.xml file is attached  shibboleth2.xml
