Use version 3.3.3

Hi,
We are using OpenSAML in our identity solution. Currently, we are using
version 3.3.0.
>From the release notes

I learn that 3.3.3 is out (and has been for several months).
However, when I look at shibboleth's build server
<https://build.shibboleth.net/nexus/content/groups/public/org/opensaml/opensaml-saml-api/>,
this version seems not to be available there. A newer version (3.4.0) is
only available as SNAPSHOT, which is not acceptable for us.

Can you help me to get my hands on release version 3.3.3 of OpenSAML? I
hope I can simple reference it from my build.sbt (we are using Scala), and
don't have to build it myself.
