Regarding SAML using shibboleth with IIS

Dear Support,
I am using IIS ,shibboleth as SP with external IDP for SAML authentication.
I request you to please let me know these queries-

1. How can I send any custom url with SAML request as extra attribute?
Please specify exact location need to modify and file.
2. Currently ,I am able to send SAML request and then it redirect to
external IDP page ,but after that when response came it shows 
*SAML message delivered with POST to incorrect server URL.*
What I am missing? Please help me in resolving this issue
