Subversion to Git repository conversions are complete

With the conversion of the last two Subversion repositories, the migration of the Shibboleth project's source code repositories to Git is now complete.

The two repositories just converted are:

* java-opensaml

* java-identity-provider

Repository access should now be through Git alone, see:

* https://wiki.shibboleth.net/confluence/display/DEV/Git+Repository+Access

Subversion access to these repositories will be decommissioned shortly.
