Historically, was the legacy Shibboleth AuthnRequest Protocol first implemented in Shibboleth Identity Provider 1.0 (released on July 1, 2003) or Shibboleth Identity Provider 1.3 (released on August 26, 2005)? If the former, did the protocol materially change as the V1.x software developed? Thanks, Tom
