broken links in wikipedia

Unless someone objects, I will move Wikipedia article "Shibboleth
(Internet2)" to "Shibboleth (Shibboleth Consortium)" on Friday of this
week (9/1). There will be no loss of information and no downtime. Like
Confluence, Wikipedia maintains the old page indefinitely, with a link
to the new page.

Let me know if you think the new page should be called something else.
