Next Shib release?

Could be next week if a security issue pops up warranting a patch or it could be 2018 if current plans and timelines hold. I haven't assessed the changes on the Duo side so I don't know if it's suitable for a patch or not. If you have formal posted releases with release notes, the chances of my being able to assess that are better. If not, the chances I would pull it into a patch release of our code are very low and it will wait for 3.4, and we don't set dates until much closer to a release.

Rarely all that up to date but I periodically try and maintain it, which I'll do later today.
