Velocity support deprecated in 4.3

Hi,

support for Velocity was deprecated in Spring 4.3 and will be dropped in 5:

How does this affect the future use of velocity in Shibboleth?
4.3 will get support until 2019 so this is definitely no urgent matter, but I am curious nonetheless.
