SP Startup takes 20+ minutes

Thanks. You are absolutely right. I think I have it sorted now. I might have
mentioned that I'm also switching to a new machine.

The metadata file is 30+ MB. I timed the existing service, and it took more
than 5 minutes to start. I never realized that when I tried to get the new
one working. On the new machine it took 3 minutes and 10 seconds when I
timed it, which is more than the systemd settings from the package allowed.

Having adjusted the timeout value, everything works fine.
