I'll check my logs, though with the way I'm currently short-circuiting most of the logout flow it may not be equivalent.

The bug I fixed definitely caused that same result, but it involved the back button IIRC.

I'm pretty sure this ties into the various bug reports I've seen from people on Tomcat, and at least in one case it was reproducible on a newer version (but not by me), so I don't think it's Jetty specific.
