Jetty Request Missing ServletContext

Just upgraded to latest 3.3.0-SNAPSHOT and confirmed our logout.vm has the
line you added, but same result. Also tried upgrading Jetty to 9.3.7 and
same behavior. *scratches head* I'll continue to investigate and follow up
as I have more information. Further thoughts or suggestions welcome.
