Getting started writing auth plugin

I have some incomplete starter Eclipse/Maven projects for external
auth, attribute resolver extension, and a custom flow somewhere, I can
collect some links if that is helpful.

Otherwise, there is the contributions & extensions page on the wiki.

And folks like Unicon and Duo have plugins/extensions whose source
code is on github, I believe.
