PropertiesWithComments and newlines ?

It seems to me that it needs to be taught to do it - otherwise the next windows install will fail.  Slam in a case and I'll look at it.

As an aside I think that breaking property assignments over multiple lines is super scary, but if it works we have to support it and I will probably grow to love it (like I have done inline conditionals)
