anonymous comment spam remains

Hi,

I noticed some random comment spam on these pages that can only
be removed by people with elevated privileges:

https://wiki.shibboleth.net/confluence/display/EDS10/5.2+Other+Labels
https://wiki.shibboleth.net/confluence/display/EDS10/7.+Feedback+And+Questions
I went through all pages in the EDS10 space, but of course there may
be more in other spaces.

Seems anonymous comments were enabled some point (they don't seem to
be now) and there may be more such "comments" spread over the site.
