Adding an activation condition to an intercept flow ?

Doing significant work to make a feature we're trying to de-emphasize work with a feature the vast majority of people have soundly rejected using doesn't strike me as a terrific investment, but the issue remains tracked.

It’s not a high priority based on what I’ve seen.  The very first comment here trying IdPv3 with a user was “why are you showing me this new screen?”  We might get there in time, but in this instance, I think the temporary fix was reasonable and I’d wait awhile before revisiting it.

All I’d ask for is a WARN log message when it occurs so it’s not silent weird behavior.  You may have checked one of those in already.
