I think it’s an actual Jenkins instance, but I have not configured a slave before so I don’t know.

As far as the network goes, well, I guess the platform could be a Windows VM on shibboleth.net just fine. Primary network usage would be to and from the Shibboleth Nexus repo, in fact, that might be all we [should] need.
