I goofed when (or rather some time before) I did 3.1.1.1 and had to modify
the wxs file in the tag. As a result I updated the process
(https://wiki.shibboleth.net/confluence/display/DEV/V3WindowsInstaller) to
remind me to explicitly update the wxs version (for the next release) to
match the pom. So if you look at trunk it is set to 3.2.0.1 Ideally we
should change the wxs file at the same time that the pom gets changed I'll
try to track that because I think it is unreasonable to expect others to
make such a random change.
Of course the trouble is to decide what number to give it. This is just the
same problem as the pom one so I'll settle for "track the pom"
Which reminds me, I should do that for the 3.1.1 stream.
