The version of parent-v3 in trunk is TRUNK-SNAPSHOT, should we change
that back to 8 ? I'd like trunk IdP to reference trunk parent-v3,
which is not the case right now.
Also, I like the idea of adding the gist of Scott's comment above to
the Java Developers docs, because I think it's a change to how we have
been handling version numbers and it provides some guidance. As far as
the IdP goes, I will keep it in mind when changes come through.
