Makes sense.  Marvin, is that failing log still available?  

I'd like to go over that again since I think what (I think) I saw was
evidence of the entire IdP restarting, not just the service reloading,
certainly the logging seemed to be reinitializing itself every 30 seconds.
That of course is also a bug, but a different one,
