I'll let you decide if this is a bug or a feature :-) but does the SP
have the ability to filter IdP metadata based on the value of the
following attribute: mdrpi:RegistrationInfo/@registrationAuthority

Also, can the above attribute value be used for access control, or
rather, be exposed as a header value just like any other attribute?
