Update "Branches, Tags, and Versions" on the wiki ?

That definitely predates my Java involvement, so I guess slapping a "this isn't up to date" note on it and somebody stepping up to redo it would be my vote.

Yes, we're not bumping that but unlocking the projects to point to it until we do a release and tag it all.

It simply isn't practical unless they all effectively are one version anyway. If we're going to guarantee every project has to be revved, then it's really all one project. So I don't think that can be a requirement.
