Added some agenda items for 2015-04-17 dev call

Before we discuss it I'd be interested in how much work we think it will be
to plumb DBCP into the <ApplicationManagedConnection/> stuff.  We may have
deprecated that in favour of the BeanManagedConnection but we still have to
support it through to 4.0.

Indeed without that data point it seems a difficult conversation to have

I'm hoping that someone will volunteer to do this.  I will have some time
before Friday week but probably not enough to do this justice.
