I've never really looked but I think that from powershell you can get .NET
and that must have all you need.  I can look after (10/1) if you want.

As always, if it’s controlled from idp.properties then we can do it.  I
think I'd probably go for

MSI installer - off, no prompt
Non-MSI installer - prompted for value (default off).
