TrustEngine usage with HttpClient TLS

You can read the details in the issue[1].  I think I have this figured
out. Turned out to be pretty easy, and not messy at all.  Except for
unit testing, the socket factory is pretty much done. I have tested locally.

Would now just need to teach the relevant components that use HttpClient
to have/obtain/build TrustEngine and CriteriaSet instances and then do
the right thing with populating the context.  I doubt I'll get that part
done before I leave on Friday, but at this point, unless I've missed
something, it's just "work" work, not "figure out how the hell to do it"
work.

If anyone has comments or sees problems with this approach, let me know.
