Which version of Jetty to use for v3

Hi,
I'm going through some work on our IdP installation tools and would like to know if a particular version of Jetty will be bundled with the Shibboleth IdP.
Jetty builds appear to occur about every 5-6 months and don't have a 'latest' designation and/or URL that rarely changes that I can tell.
I recall Rod mentioning the windows version of the IdP will have Jetty and that *nix variants won't have one bundled.
Where can/should I look for more detail about this?
In the issue tracker? https://issues.shibboleth.net/jira/browse/IDP-469
Would the Shibboleth Consortium host the latest at a url that COULD look like this-> http://shibboleth.net/downloads/identity-provider/3.0.0/jetty-latest.tgz?
Just looking to be in lockstep with the perspective(and process of determining the 'latest' appropriate version) of Jetty as one of the preferred containers.
Thanks..
Chris.
