No, it's certainly not hard. I think the main concern is security, and
what it would take to enable or control access. This seems like the sort
of thing you'd want to enable on a one-time basis and then just shut off
again, and having to restart things just do that would make it a lot less
valuable.

The SP has enough dynamism that it probably wouldn't need to be done in
any special way, but the IdP's a different story.
