I have taken the liberty of editing that page to reflect my discoveries so
far.

I'm not up and running yet - I'm getting some issues when at least in and
around the SSL configuration.  Right now I suspect that my issue is the
Jetty configuration.  In the document you referenced it says:

> Configure Jetty
> Adjust properties in jetty-base/start.d/idp.ini

However in the current distros that folder only contains jstl.ini and
jsp.ini.
