Proxy seems to be another commonly asked for configuration.  FYI The other
parameterization that the IdP offers is BasicAuth and requestTimeout.

I think a lot will depend on what comes out in the wash for the other
consumers of resources (and this is where I start getting scared again by
the security side)

Is there a tearing need to get MDA 0.the_next out or can you wait for things
to settle a bit?
