In-memory LDAP part of install?

I think the answer's no, though we discussed it a bit. We probably
shouldn't ship with files that need to connect to 10389 if we don't have
it running.

If it's a quick thing to get that running as part of the alpha, I'm ok
with that, otherwise we should probably comment things out, particularly
in the resolver, and just use a static connector like V2.
