Bumping java-support snapshot version?

We talked about when to change versions briefly last call...I have a
breaking API change to make to the DataSealer class. Ok if I bump
java-support to 5.0-SNAPSHOT and get all the POMs pointing to that?

I just fixed opensaml-parent on trunk to point at the right snapshots,
that's a consequence of the "late" versioning we've been doing, easy to
forget things when we do them only at release time.
