I see that it was turned down to INFO in r6220 [1], but this still seems
relatively noisy, considering that the default log level for
net.shibboleth.idp is INFO.

Could it be turned down to DEBUG perhaps? The "id" attribute isn't
required as per the current schema, so existing attribute filters will
often lack them (in particular on the childs of AttributeFilterPolicy,
i.e. PolicyRequirementRule, AttributeRule, PermitValueRule etc.).
