IdP version in the code

Something I keep forgetting to mention: when I did the status handler, I
noticed that the way the V2 code was obtaining the software version seems
to rely on a somewhat odd mechanism involving a Java API that fetches the
package version (getImplementationVersion). That code returns NULL in V3,
and I think that's because there's no source code inside idp-conf where
the actual call to that API would be done inside a template or a webflow
file.

Do we need to stick in some kind of dummy class in idp-conf, or is there a
better way to handle this?
