The Dryer machine can dry all kinds of industrial materials quickly and it
brings a lot of convenience to our daily life as well as the industrial
manufacturing.However, Because the dryer machine usually deal and contact
with the corrosive materials and being used in the air for a long time,it
can be easily rotted in wet environment.How to protect the panel,the barrel
and the weld assembly parts from being rotted?
Firstly,Passivation and Phosphorization Technology.
Many parts of the dryer machine are made of carbon steel,which will emerge
rust on the surface after being used for a long time. To protect all the
parts from being rotted,the passivation and phosphorization technology can
not only make the rotten iron and steel workpiece appear its original metal
colour,but also form a tight anti-rust film layer on the surface through
electrical and electrochemical reaction by a one-time processing.The dryer
machine will not be rotted even in wet environment after being dealt with
this technology.It is the simplest and most costless antisepsis method.
Secondly,Electrostatic Powder Spraying Method.
The electrostatic powder spraying method protects the barrel through
spraying a new powder coating.The resistance to corrosion of the powder
coating in this method is comparable to the stainless steel.The powder
coating has the advantage of tough,durable,decorative,and are also with
excellent gloss and photochromic performance.The dryer machine being dealt
with by this method can completely replace the stainless steel dryer
machine.
Thirdly,Austenitic Nickel Chromium Stainless Steel Welding.
Many parts of the dryer machine need to be welded.The materials being used
in the old welding method often appear the phenomenon of breakage and
corrosion,and this has a bad effect on the lifetime of the dryer machine.
Austenitic nickel chromium stainless steel welding has high level resistance
to corrosion.However,compared with plain carbon steel,it has the weakness of
low heat conductivity,big dilatation coefficient and high resistance value
when being heated.So,special method must be taken when we weld dryer machine
by using this material.
