Hybrid Syntax in relying-party.xml

When we were still feeling our way into parsing the relying party
information, we introduced a couple of places where we could have embedded
<beans> statement inside a legacy format relying-party file. For the
record it was the delegation predicate for SSOS and to provide a non default
SecurityConfiguration for a ProfileConfiguration.

We then moved on and decided that spring actually made the relying party
configuration easier than our old custom schema.

I just happened on this code again and it strikes me that we should either
remove this support of document it. I prefer the former, what do others
feel?
