Change IdPv3 "Fix Version" to "3.0.0-alpha1" in JIRA ?

In JIRA for IdPv3, I updated the Fix Version from "3.0.0" to
"3.0.0-alpha1" for all Closed and Resolved issues that are not "Won't
Fix" and committed initial release notes to idp-distribution. I had to
re-open and then close those issues in bulk, which worked fine.
