Change IdPv3 "Fix Version" to "3.0.0-alpha1" in JIRA ?

Yeah, I realized that was kind of messy right now, so it's probably a good
idea to track it. Anything that's still open we can update as we close
them.

But I think you have a problem unless you also go in and change the issues
currently tied to the the alpha, because it won't let you delete that
version so you can rename the other one.
