Status of replacement of svn:externals

I did java-metadata-aggregator along the same lines as your change to the other multi-module projects, and the following monolithic ones:

	tomcat6-dta-ssl
	jetty7-dta-ssl
	jetty9-dta-ssl

I don't think there can be much left, other than the things in the V2 stack. Do we prefer leaving the V2 stack the way it is for now, or is it worth making a clean sweep? I don't think there are any multi-module projects under the V2 parent POM, so I think that side would be relatively quick to do.
