IdPv3 and its metadata ?

The IdP install can't populate contact information without a lot of extra
input, so the basic answer is that it should generate what it can, that's
accurate.

If we were to actually customize configuration based on user selections,
then it could even leave out features like logout if they weren't being
deployed.

But ultimately it's just not that important what's in it as long as it's
static. If it's being generated on the fly, then it matters much more.
