IdPv3 and its metadata ?

The example IdP metadata in the SP distribution has helpful comments,
mdui, Organization and ContactPerson, but not SingleLogoutService nor
the HTTP-POST-SimpleSign SingleSignOnService, in comparison to the IdP
metadata that ships with IdPv2.
