Shibboleth.net discovery interface

The Shibboleth.net discovery interface is the best discovery interface
I know of but it has one annoying feature that I'll point out here
FYI. When I click the link "Allow me to pick from a list," the IdPs
are presented in a drop-down menu (i.e., an HTML select). I think it
would be much better if the IdPs were presented in an ordinary HTML
list, either ordered or unordered.
