So first off this more of a user list question (and I’m happy to help there also :-) 

Hopefully you are a bit further but here is your fix to work against testshib. 
Your entityID does not match. Fix that and you’ll get farther :-)

What your IdP thinks it is according to the error you posted: entityID=https://shibboleth.ncsa.illinois.edu/idp/shibboleth
