That really depends on the result, I don't like upgrading Jetty any more
than the next guy.
But my point is that if virtually nobody can use the defaults for anything
useful then by definition what we do isn't useful. That's partly on us,
but I'm just saying we either have to get somewhere useful or not waste
the time.
