coding conventions : getUrl vs getURL

How about :

a) getUrl or getURL

b) apply convention to new files only or new files and existing

c) convention may be project specific

If so, I would vote : getUrl + new and existing + project specific and
apply this to idpv3. Since there are only two files affected, I will
have to change one no matter what ;-)

I would vote getURL + existing + not project specific, as a second
preference out of deference to whoever would have to change opensaml
otherwise.
