I imagine that would be possible. Moreover, I would like to support v3
design and development through this effort. My only concern is that
there's not enough there to do high-level in situ testing with a
deployed IdP. Is v3 development far enough along at present to stand
up an instance on Tomcat/Jetty? If not, would it be in 1-2 months?
