I think I am persuaded.  Certainly it has to nag during install.  I could
make a case that it should continue to nag from there on, so avoid
accidental breakage during routine maintenance.  However I completely see
that there are situations where a power use might need to supress this on an
ongoing basis.  So an RFI would certainly be appreciated.
