I just wanted to confirm Leif's observation. I also would have
suggested to put it on the wiki somewhere if that's tolerable
(depending on the frequency of updates).

Regarding the wiki I have no problem with setting the attachment file
size back to something rather limited. It's not as if it's now become
an official code hosting platform.
