I don't personally think we should do that.  The <name> is supposed to
be human-readable and is used in various places like report generation
and so on.

One of the things Chad had suggested (see the Nov 2012 thread) was just
dumping svn.relative.location entirely.  If we want to go simple, then
each multi-module parent could just point at the root of it's repo, each
monolithic project would just point at it's root.  Wouldn't be as exact
for the multi-module projects, but it wouldn't be the end of the world
if we only use it in site generation (if ever).
