Okay. I started what you and Ian were suggesting and made the testbed
produce a binary artifact, so that Maven will handle dependency
versions in the normal way instead of me trying to "tag" everything
everyday.

I will work backwards from the testbed and push various pieces back
into idp-war and ipd-conf, etc.
