In the entity descriptor with
entityID="https://webauth.umaryland.edu/idp/shibboleth", on line
#15577 of the InCommon metadata file:

"The University of Maryland, Baltimore (UMB) is the State[BAD
CHARACTER HERE]s public health..."

This character will be removed as a result of today's metadata signing
at approximately 3:00 pm ET.
